Hydraulic press for plastic working of soft metals. This paper presents a laboratory hydraulic press for physical modeling of various operations of non-ferrous alloys plastic working. The paper describes structure and working principle of the electrohydraulic Load Sensing system applied in the press as well as measurement and control system.

New design of the relief valves for mining applications. The design and the operation of new relief valves DN10 and DN12 for manifolds in the roof supports have been described. An influence of main valve dimensions on the operation characteristics was mentioned. Simulation results of the inner flow were presented.

Control system of double acting single ended cylinder simulation – concept of water turbine guide apparatus control. This article is introductory elaboration of the theoretical model of the hydraulic control system of water turbine guide apparatus control. Main goal of proposed hydraulic system configuration is control of water flow on water turbine blades, to keep its constants velocity. The system uses pressure feedback, which controls position of directional valve spool.

Energy recuperation in hydrostatic transmission system. The objective of this research is to elaborate simulation model of hydrostatic transmission with energy recuperation system of fork lift. Mathematical model of the system consists of motion and flow continuity equations as well as formulas determining hydro-pneumatic piston accumulator behaviour. Exemplary simulation results illustrate hydrostatic transmission system operation with energy recuperation.

Monitoring and providing access to values of process variables from a laboratory of hydraulic drives and control. Implementation of a project, which main goal is to collect data regarding a process monitored in a hydraulic system of any test stand and to provide access to this data over the Internet, is presented. The following stages are described: the design, selection of tools, and the presentation of ready to use solution.
